WHAT IS LIFE COACHING

Through Life coaching I will help you find meaning, direction and guidance to fulfil your fullest potential in life.

I will help you to take responsibility for who you want to become by guiding you to take the necessary steps. I help you identify your strengths and weakness and identify obstacles that may be holding you back.

Through life coaching you learn to nurture yourself so you’ll have more nurturing to give to those who most need you. It’s the airplane oxygen mask theory. If you don’t put on your mask first, you won’t be able to save anyone else.
